01 General Rules

93bd (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an online betting and gaming service provider. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between 93bd and its users ("members" or "you").

02 Account Registration

You must create an account before placing bets or playing games on 93bd. During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or incorrect details may result in your account being suspended or closed.

Account Registration Requirements

• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all associated bonuses will be cancelled.
• The name, address, and phone number provided during registration must be accurate.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility.
• Accounts may not be shared with or used by third parties.
• A copy of your national ID or passport may be requested for verification purposes.

03 Age Requirement & Eligibility

93bd is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Use of the platform by minors is completely prohibited. If a false date of birth is provided during registration, the account will be immediately suspended and all balances forfeited.

Additionally, residents of countries or regions where online betting is prohibited by law are not permitted to use 93bd. It is each user's own responsibility to be aware of and comply with the laws in their jurisdiction.

04 Deposits & Payments

93bd supports a range of local and international payment methods for deposits. All deposits are calculated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Important Deposit Rules

• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Sending funds through a third party is strictly prohibited.
• In cases of suspicious transactions, 93bd may place a hold on funds pending investigation.
• There are no hidden charges on deposits — the full amount you send will be credited to your account.

05 Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw your winnings, you must first complete KYC verification. Withdrawal requests cannot be processed without it.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳ 500
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳ 1,00,000
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Processing typically takes between 30 minutes and 24 hours.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

93bd regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and wagering requirements, which are clearly communicated before you claim them.

General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — specific wagering requirements must be met first.
• Multiple bonus claims from the same IP address or device are not permitted.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse will result in account suspension.
• Promotional offers are valid for a limited time — any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.

07 Betting Rules

All members must follow a set of general rules when placing bets on 93bd. These rules apply equally to everyone and are designed to ensure fair gaming for all.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 93bd reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets are generally refunded.
• 93bd is not liable for disconnections that occur during live betting.
• The maximum payout per bet is capped — see the relevant game page for details.
• Placing multiple bets on opposing outcomes of the same event ("arbitrage betting") is prohibited.

Special Cricket Betting Rules

Special rules apply to cricket betting on 93bd — the most popular sport in Bangladesh. If a match is interrupted by rain or the result is determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method, bets will be settled based on the official result.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 93bd. If any of these are proven, the account will be permanently closed and all balances may be forfeited.

• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Hacking or accessing another person's account without authorization.
• Registering with a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Colluding with any employee or affiliate to commit fraud.

09 Responsible Gaming
